quality fittings welcome surprise unfriendly staff rude manager
The room was clean, and the fittings seemed to be of good quality (although I did not use them all). The complimentary tarts were a welcome surprise upon arrival. I appreciated the coffee machine.
The staff were not very friendly. She eventually apologized and made up a story, but I saw her in the mirror prior to this event.

clean hotel helpful staff comfortable bed
i found the hotel very clean everything smelled fresh the location made it easy to walk to many attractions public transportation access was close i used it often i loved having a way to make hot water for tea right in my room. the breakfast had good value it made mornings easy the staff were very helpful to me i always felt supported. i enjoyed the comfortable bed after long days exploring the city the shower worked well everything felt updated. i thought the room was super clean i stayed in one of their double rooms fresh towels came daily the room had everything i needed.
the lobby area was not large it felt a little small at times

a dream in golden hues
central location friendly staff fresh fruit
i adored the central location. i walked to the main square and the riverfront easily. the staff was always ready with a smile and a helpful tip. a lovely breakfast greeted me each morning, filled with fresh fruit and tasty pastries.
the elevator was a bit slow. this was a small inconvenience.

the hotel sits right near augusta street. this means you can easily reach commerce square and cais do sodré. its central position provides easy access to shops and restaurants and main attractions.

the hotel provides amenities such as air conditioning in every room. bathrobes and slippers were available which added a soft touch. an outdoor cafe and a restaurant gave options for relaxation after a long day.
